April is near, so we thought we would revisit one of our favorite dishes: Rossejat de Fideos! This paella-esque toasted angel hair pasta dish is built up from a rich soffrito, and topped with garlicky allioili. YUM!
The menu will feature dishes inspired by the food, flavors, and ingredients of Spain, and the first spring market ingredients.

The dinner takes place in the same building as Honey Butter Fried Chicken, 3361 N. Elston Ave in Chicago. Dinners are communal seating, and BYOB. Dinners start promptly at 6:30pm. Reservations are required.
