Time to get emotional… we say this every year, but we are so thankful (and lucky!) that we are a healthy, sustainable business with wonderful customers in a supportive community. It’s hard to believe it’s been six years since we opened our doors on September 14th 2013, and we continue to be proud of our work and service to our customers, community, and employees. Our goal is to get a little bit better everyday, so thank YOU for giving us the space to do that, and for being a part of our journey.

Hey Chicago what do you say? HBFC is going to be at Wrigley Field July 12-17 and July 19-21! We are beyond thrilled. We will be serving up ballpark favorites as part of the Chef Series at Wrigley Field. The Cubs have selected an amazing group of chefs this year, and we are truly honored to be included.

For the last 2 years our Chef de Cuisine Cam Waron has been telling us that he’s gonna start jarring up his line of kimchi’s called Camchi Kimchi “super soon.” Well super soon has arrived (just a quick 800 days later)! On Mother’s Day this Sunday, we will be start selling his jars for $10 each. The two types of Camchi will be: White Beet & Green Tomato.
Get your hands on a jar o12 in-house at the register, or order ahead for take-out, pickup, or Caviar delivery. Come on by, it’s what your Mom has been asking for all year!
One year ago, we launched our sister restaurant, TriBecca's Cubano, at Revival Food Hall for a three month pop up. Since then, we've been looking for a permanent restaurant space and planning our triumphant return to your dining agenda. Until then, we are hosting a TriBecca's Cubano ONE NIGHT ONLY pop up at HBFC on Monday April 1st. (This is NOT an April Fools joke lol.)

What is Baconfest Chicago?
Baconfest Chicago is a nationally renowned, locally beloved festival dedicated to America’s favorite cured meat: bacon! At Baconfest, Chicago’s best chefs concoct and serve brilliant bacon dishes to thousands of passionate bacon lovers. Liquor sponsors provide cocktails, beer and wine designed to complement a bacon meal. Bacontrepreneurs and bacon-friendly brands exhibit their wares and connect with our bacon community. A panel of judges bestows the Golden Rasher awards on chefs and guests for achievement in the bacon arts. It is a raucous, rockin’ good time for everybody involved.
